Cancellation policy

Plans change, and we understand! If you need to move your appointment, just let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will happily find you a new time. It also means we can offer your slot to someone who needs care urgently.

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the notice period.

​

For all refunds issued as compensation, we reserve the right to deduct 10% to cover booking and administration costs.

​

We would much rather not keep any fee at all! Call or emails are the easiest way to reach us, and the sooner you tell us, the better.
