I was referred to Dr. Bryar Koyi by my dentist for my gum treatment and dental implants. I have done a lot of research on dental implants and implant specialists before booking. I decided to go with Dr. Bryar Koyi as he was recommended by my dentist. I noticed that Dr. Bryar Koyi works across different well-known clinics, such as Bupa, Harley Street and Happy Smiles Dental, which gave me even more confidence in choosing him. On the day of my consultation I was welcomed by the lovely front desk team. During my consultation, Dr Bryar Koyi did full mouth examination, followed by few x-rays, intra-oral pictures and 3d scan. I was explained and shown all my issues and was given a treatment plan. Dr Bryar Koyi explained to me everything about dental implants, the difference between different implants and what will happen on the day. I was asking a lot of questions as I am very anxious patient and I felt I was not rushed at all and they were happy to answer all my questions and explain all details. I felt very confident after the consultation and decided to go for a treatment. On the day of the treatments I was greeted by reception team and the lovely lady Nicol helped me to fill all necessary forms. Once I was ready I was called inside the surgery. As I mentioned before I am very anxious patient, so I was stressed out about the procedure. But to my surprise the whole experience was very smooth. Dr Bryar Koyi was very calm, not rushing and talking to me though all the steps of the procedure. A lot of numbing cream was applied before local anaesthesia to make sure I am very comfortable during the procedure. I had NOT felt a thing while having injections. Dr Bryar Koyi was very gentle, very calming. His assistant Zerifa was always making sure that I felt comfortable during procedure. It was a bit long procedure, but I felt very comfortable as I was offered few breaks during the procedure to make sure I am not tired and feel ok to keep my mouth opened. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience and the final results. My implants with the crowns look very natural as you can see from the picture. Dr. Bryar Koyi was very professional, very skilled, and reassuring throughout the process. A big thank you to his assistant Zerifa for looking after me during the procedure. After the procedure I was given after care pack including vitamins, painkillers, post care instructions, tissues, masks etc. THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK, FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
